How frequently should I do the workouts on the DVD?

Good question. The DVD is designed for you find what you need help on. I recommend that you use the DVD in this manner:
First two weeks: 2 times a week
Second two weeks: 3 times a week
At the end of the month you can use it will to maintain consistent mobility and power.

Do I have to do all of the exercises in one workout session?

No. That’s the beauty of it. Find techniques that you feel will benefit you the most. The DVD is 60 minutes long so there is much there. I would suggest watching it first without training, and then review the areas of interest

What’s most important for golf, flexibility or strength training?

The swing is completed. So much happening at one time and yet repeatedly over 3,9 or 18 holes. All the components behave to compliment each other to get desired effect.

Should I also incorporate cardio training in my workouts, if so, how?

Another great question. I have ALWAYS since the 80’s have suggested cardio for golfer be a pre-requisite for improve power and durability. I would recommend if you are a walker be sure there is a hill to climb so you increase the workload. If you use a treadmill, you can do something simple as setting the incline at 3% grade, increase every minute

Should I do these workouts during golf season, the off-season, or both?

Like any athlete there should ALWAYS be a level of fitness maintained during the year. I strongly recommend playing a different sport during the ‘off’ season. Training to improve the golf swing, if you are a serious competitor versus the weekend ‘joe’, should be practiced on a consistent basis and calibrated to reduce the risk of overtraining.
