Demosthenes Lorandos, PhD, JD
Demosthenes Lorandos, PhD,
JD, is unique in the legal community. Besides being an attorney
and member of the California, Michigan, and New York state bars, as well
as a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, Dr.
Lorandos is also a PhD-level psychologist with many years of clinical
experience.
In addition to being in constant demand across the
country as a litigator , Dr. Lorandos is also a noted author and speaker,
having authored or co-authored such works as Cross
Examining Experts in the Behavioral Sciences, The
International Handbook of Parental Alienation Syndrome, and Benchbook in
the Behavioral Sciences.

Ashish S. Joshi is a graduate
with advanced degrees in law from the University of Michigan Law School
and Gujarat University, India. Mr. Joshi has counseled and
represented corporate clients and executives in the areas of commercial
litigation and white collar defense in India and the U.S.
At Lorandos & Associates, Mr.
Joshi focuses on civil and commercial litigation and white collar defense
in the states of New York and Michigan and federal courts all over the
United States. Mr. Joshi has been admitted to the State Bars
of New York, Michigan and Gujarat, India. Mr. Joshi is the co-chair
of the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section of the
State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Joshi is also a member of the American Bar
Association and National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Mr. Joshi is fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
