We offer several different storage sizes. All of our storage units are standard garage type units, all non climate controlled.

Ours sizes are as follows:

5x10   10x10   10x15  10x20  15x15  10x25  and  10x30

Our storage rentals are all month to month. We do offer a discount for pre-payment of 6 months and yearly. 

 

Our Outside storage is basic parking for cars, trucks, trailers, campers and RV's.  Our Price for outside storage is $40.00 per month per space or $105.00 if you pre-pay 3 months.

 

We do charge a deposit for both outside storage and inside storage. All deposits are refundable, certain conditions do apply.

We are 1/2 mile south of Pontiac Trail. If moving to the area you will find several apartments on the Wixom and Novi side of Pontiac Trail. We are also in the Walled Lake Consolidated School District. We have been serving the Wixom community for the past 30 years and have been a proud member of the Lakes Area Chamber Of Commerce for the past 27 years. We are also a member of the Michigan Self Storage Association.
